Morning All! 4 very damp and rainy miles done this morning, with a (sorry if TMI) slightly dodgy digestive system (nothing contagious, it's just had enough of all the festive goodies, I think).
Nice warming soup planned for tea.

Happy new year everyone. Eventful double done yesterday... ran Linford Wood then RD’d at Buckingham. Mrs B and baby B were able to take charge (she’s an RD as well) while I ran so got to do both but when I got back the finish token support got called away so I ended up doing that as well!
No target races yet but time to skin down and get back to it.

GOOD AFTERNOON Fetchlings
we are off this morning with a 6 mile jog - I have no target races in 2018, but maybe looking at doing more than 1 half marathon (must book 26th March off from work ;-))

Ooft, that 0C sleeting blizzard with ice/flooding was particularly seasonal this afternoon. Glad to be back home now, and with some miles in the bag.
If DocMoye is able to add to the target list, I have three lined up:
Jan 28 - Falkirk Ultra (8 hour)
Apr 28 - Highland Fling (53 Miles)
July 28 - Lakeland 50
Does anyone know any other long races on the 28th? There seems to be a bit of a theme there.

That’s an impressive set of ultras Andy!
Please could you add some targets for me too Doc? There’s probably too many targets there, but I’m thinking if I put 3 half marathons I’ve got some chance of getting one of them right!
