I seemed to have stopped watching this thread- then became all panicky when I couldn't find it.

All normal again.......

Some challenging ups and downs in that profile, Neilio.

We have had an exciting day. We went shopping early and returned to find DD2 tending to two women who'd had a minor collision at the junction of our road with the next one. Scooter Lady had hurt her foot, Green Car Lady was very shaken up. We dealt with them and got them to where they wanted to be (not at all happy with Scooter Lady's decision to get back on her scooter and drive herself home, but you can't force people to do what you think they should).

Then some running occurred.

We then drove down to Essex, where we are staying in Buckhurst Hill and meeting up with DD1 and her husband for dinner. We smiled as we went past Kimbolton! Tomorrow we are off for a wild weekend in Whitstable, because we have never been there. We like to spend a few days each year in parts of the UK we've never visited. Looking forward to a bit of parkrun tourism!

Hi Huntsman. Sorry to hear the running isn't happening.

What a day JK. I am familiar with buckhurst hill.... Hubby worked there occasionally for a while.

Snowdonia mara sounds like it's turning into a mini thread meet up. Funky thought he fancied joining in ...... He just wondered if HOD would be visiting Heartwood Forest parkrun before it closes....
