And 2016 seems bent on sweeping away all the old suppliers-of-vinyl-LPs of my youth, as Emerson, Lake and Palmer's Greg Lake seems to have followed Keith Palmer into the Great Beyond. We'll never hear the end of 'I believe in Father Christmas' this Christmas.
