Need to find my Garmin charger before I go for my long run tomorrow...Garmin has enough for a short run but need to go relatively longer so needs charging before I go.

I did some intervals. I looked on the SDW live tracker. McGooghan is through the first cut off at 33.3 miles but tracker is not showing Toks as through... anxious waiting and positive thoughts being sent.

Nice vest'age Mrs Jigs.
12 miles for me would take all day.
Hope Fenners is going well and Toks is getting things done out there. Wish them both well and I forgot McGooghan was running this event.
We've over done it on the gardening front again. Belvoir half will be another challenge.

Please take me off the sidebar for MK Marathon in May. I've lost too much training and I'm being sensible for once over restarting now I'm feeling better. I'd get round in four and half or five hours and that's too fucking long to spend in Milton Keynes.

Good luck to Fizz & WW for Belvoir tomorrow.
Hope you win the Belvoir, WW. That'll certainly help with your garden trees
