It's only old people like you and I jono that know what a rozzer is. Youngsters today have no idea.

you only have to watch top gear to know what a rozzer is! JOno the ploughed field was a foot path.....farmers have 2 weeks to reinstate footpaths when they plough them....my bad luck to pick the wrong week! Still, makes for an excellent workout!

Nettle stings are a bastard when running too Never ever hurt during the run but sting for the rest of the damn day usually...
The stinging in shower was actually in the bath last night and yes it did sting and also highlighted the less obvious scratches.
Unsurprisingly my shoulder is beginning to ache now as well but still nothing really wrong with me or the bike. Which is a pity as its 10+ years old and could have given me an excuse to get a new better one.

Lots of smiley faces in the header. If anyone PB'd in the header I will put a PB by the race for full recognition of a race at full beans in your fastest time ever.
