Woke up this morning - raining, did a quick calculation of how many miles I would like to run this week and got up, fed cats, went back to bed for an hour - lovely. I've voted but am not telling anyone who I voted for ( fizz its you -shhhhh)

Watford Wobble Mar 2016 8:07pm, 1 Mar 2016 5,511 posts	0 Watford Wobble I ran 5 miles this evening including hurdling a big 3 foot diameter pipe. It was rather slow and ploddy for whatever reason. Not a bad run though. I've also re-proofed my rain jacket. Feed the burds.
