Well done you two! :-)

Just 4 from me today, hit sub 8mm mile for the first time in a while, colds, coughs and other ailments can all "do one!"

I'm not running the Quadzilla PP. I retired from running marathons in 2016.

I just eat, drink and take photos now.

I'll be running 10 miles between two lakes in Milton Keynes.

I've just realised it's Friday.

Morning all! Happy running, especially to the current foster parents of Funky M, hope all goes well today.
Another running rest day for me ahead of the Thames Trot tomorrow. I apologise to everyone in advance for the weather. Whenever I do a long run, the rainclouds gang up with the wind and cold to make it as unpleasant as poss, and it doesn't look as though that's going to be any different tomorrow. Sigh.
