(means i fall over when i stand up! so not very good for running) however after some specific maneuvers and sitting still for 2 hours im much improved, but dog walking and housework take priority

Love the monkey - just hope I cross races with someone so I can adopt him for a couple of weeks. Is the plan to get him around as many 1500 ers as possible? He does look adoringly at WW in the photo lol! Hope your feeling better Doc - sounds nasty that.
