Cheers Huntsman.
Down just Down 29.8, BUT was my highest mileage month since August last year, finished on 101 after a 9pm run, you wouldn't want a 96 mile month now would you!?!?

Thanks Huntsman
I've finally figured out some target races. Can you put me down for the Heyford Park half on March 20th and the Oxford Town and Gown 10k on May 15th. Haven't chosen a target marathon yet...
Thanks

I certainly would not Pedro as my OCD alarm would go off.
2,000 miles is an excellent target CW and you're right this thread has a great buzz.
My pleasure doing the round up everyone. Let's make February a great month.

2000 miles is a mind blowing target - nice one chunky.

Thanks Guys, I haven't done it yet! I'm up and the moment but it does create issues finding the time! I'm trying to run to events/ club to get the extra miles in. I'm hoping the extra miles will make me strong. First test will be Woky Half in 3 weeks time.

Jono.
Is it just a target chunky or training for a race/event/build up to something next year / life affirming task?

Hi Jono, now that is a good question. Its a target to get stronger and quicker, but it might lead to me doing a marathon which I'm still getting my head around.
