Day 12 done for me too, took me an extra day or too, but better lat than never Thank you @FlyingScotsman you are a star I'm going to add wall sits to my life from now on I think. I found that the hardest of all, which probably means it is the one I need practice on. There is a handy wall in our kitchen, and I'm sure I can find a minute while cooking dinner. |
