(2020) 6 New Year targets/reflections 5 Deadbugs 4 x 30sec Planks (side, side, elbows, arms) 3 (kneeling?) Press-ups 2 burpees
And a... 1 minute wall sit for a fetchie ♫♪

Ok. I’m fully caught up with a five and two sixes today. Ouch!
*Should* be able to do two sevens tomorrow, but am likely to be out all day Saturday, so probably won’t do any eights. And after that it will be next to impossible to catch up with the doubles, so I’m thinking I’ll do one year per day for the next ten days after that until I get to 12.
I’ll continue to post the targets here though.

I think the planks are the killers.I can't use one elbow with fall so adapting.
