There WILL be burpees, because it's clearly what some of us need. And I know for a fact that everyone who says they don't like burpees LOVES them deep down. Even if it's the feeling of finishing them.

Burpees can be modified, the only way I managed last year. Not really doing it for the badge as I got one last year but will I get another one this year. *something to look forward to*

I haven't done burpees for so long (decades) that I'm going to have to practise them ahead of the challenge so that I don't end up tripping over my own hands.

LOL! Don’t think I’ve ever done burpees. With my coordination it’ll be interesting. Before you ask, I won’t be videoing my first attempt! 😜😂
