Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It was fine, actually.
She does an online bootcamp at 7.15am and 9.30am (also currently at 6 am during lockdown/tier 4) every weekday which Linds does. If anyone is interested I can send you details.

Similarly I do a daily shred at 7 for 20mins every weekday. Recorded for catch up! It's made a huge difference in cross training and cycling power and even a bit less wobbly tum. Also friendly faces and makes me move before WFH starts every day... FM for more info if interested. We're even doing it tomorrow...(at 8 for a lie in!)

Today was 12 exercises of Xmas, 1 minute each. Ending on blasted burpees !

I have really enjoyed setting up the 12 days of Fetchmas for you lovely people. It has been such an amazing response as well. I have consulted with Fetch and I am going to give any one who has not completed the challenge until the 12th night (5th of January). So if anyone knows anyone who hasn't done it and wants to do it again, then be my guest.

For everyone who has completed it, a massive Thank you and congratulations, it wouldn't of worked without you.

I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and new Year and I hope to see you back for the 12 days of Fetchmas 2021 :)
