I hope you find a better place soon RFJ. My wife and daughter suffer and it's not easy on either side of the fence. At least you have the help and people you need. Gws.

RFJ - huge hugs.
I've done an early morning run through the woods and then a late morning walk around the block. I will get across Tennessee....
I am currently trying to retrieve all the data from my (not backed up) USB. I hope that the end of year tests I wrote are still there. Other than that, gardening needs doing (as always).
Oh, and this week marks the start of training for the Boston Marathon - which will now be done virtually :-(. I have to do a 6 mile run on Sunday according to the training plan.

Well done RFJ for getting out this morning, and running is always a great stress reliever.
This morning I did the isolation virtual 5k forest challenge. I was very pleased as I was only a few seconds slower than last weeks run on roads. My time was 26.49 a WAVA of 68.77%

Another 9 miles this morning. Warm but a lovely breeze so coped better than usual! Almost at 200 miles this month for the first (and probably last) time ever! Would never have believed it having been on crutches in November. Motivation for the #GVRAT1000k and a 5 weekend month has helped a lot.

GVRAT is great motivation! Although I am walking a lot of my miles... I need to cover 8.5 miles tomorrow to get to the half way point.
