Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

GG: It sounds like you have to be kind to yourself and let targets go. January will soon be with us a fresh year to decide how you want it to unfold.

69.0/100. Still very chilly so finally gave in and broke out the tights for the first time this winter!

38.4/100 had to wait in for DX delivery to arrive so nipped out afterwards.

GG - I am trying to be kind to myself, especially at this time of year with all the demands on my time. If I miss a run with having too much work on or staying in all day for deliveries or the rain sleeting down all day then so be it. I tend to find that not going out for a day or two does rest the legs and eventually I will be itching to get out into the fresh air again.

It’s a mad time of year. I also think coming back from holiday I’m finding it SOOOO cold that is definitely not helping.

Work is also ramping to ridiculous levels.

Banging head again.

That's good advice @geordiegirl I struggled with keeping up running mileage at this time of year when I had a full time job as well You need to conserve energy. Take care x

Looks like I’m probably out again this month but I’ve got 68/100 for running and walking added together 😁

geordiegirl wise words being spoken here. Also remember that 100 miles is a totally arbitrary number and your health and sanity are more important. Even as a retired person who spends way too much time doing nothing much, I sometimes struggle to fit in a run.
