Should have been 4-5m but managed 3.5 as needed to go to parents to help with sorting out bags for their holiday. Good job too as they’ve only sent them one baggage label and bags are being picked up Thursday to be transported to the boat ahead of them travelling. 95.7/100 hopefully I find some energy to run in morning. Hope all is ok soon Diva.

Only minutes after thinking of the images of her skippering your boat when I’d suggested to hubby why not buy a little boat instead of another motorbike 🤣

The boat is a fab little bolt hole, just wish it was closer, you could always travel to it on the motorbike over the line with 102.5 after an interval session this morning, what idiot puts in a 2/1 x 10 intervals when you've not done one in about 3 weeks.... ouch.
