G I’d a long marathon or ultra training run years ago when black ice hit, over three hours on a treadmill wasnae fun.
Welshpoppy Oct 2022 4:43pm, 18 Oct 2022 2,356 posts	0 Welshpoppy I sold my ancient treadmill before we moved it went up to 14mph not that I needed it that fast;-) I may regret selling it if we have ice this winter.But a gym is a mile away if I was desperate.
Gobi Oct 2022 4:46pm, 18 Oct 2022 78,144 posts	0 Gobi LOL Ally-C , many years ago I got sick of rain every day and did a 50km run on the treadmill, no music or TV just a dot on the wall to stare at. Probably explains why I can do an hour here or there with no issues
