Lovely 12.65 around Oxford this morning with the pink sunrise. Got my January figures up to 29 miles, well on track for the hundred!

Don't try till you are properly better VRap! I've not run since NYD but will be getting myself back into gear next week.

I think I'll be waiting till I'm properly painfree and not trying to run on consecutive days when I start back, USB
Fortunately, I'm not committed to much in the way of racing in the spring.

First run of the year for me this morning. After a completely injury-free year, my calf was quite sore after a gentle run on new years eve and I was limping on new years day. Assumed I'd pulled a muscle and resigned myself to resting up for a couple of weeks, but it felt fine yesterday and so I tried a couple of miles this morning and still seems fine. Seems too good to be true.
