No parkrun due to a plumbing emergency on Sat morning, did get out for a 7 miler though but then had to fix the heating/hot water before I could shower. Liverpool Santa Dash on Sunday which was great fun, a nearly 3 mile run down to the ferry terminal in santa outfits got some interesting looks

But will still be aiming to hit 100 with more miles later in the month once I have shifted my annoying cough and the family social diary has calmed down!
