Night-owl if you choose to view all your training and click on the map tab I guess it would give you everything.
Mine won't load, stays blank if I try (but it's over 10 years' worth so maybe that's understandable!)

I like this idea - I’ve been doing it as a personal marker of how adventurous I’ve been. Conquersize is good but this is like a micro scale version

Presumably there should be a rough correlation to Conquercise - i.e. the more CQ rectangles you've explored, the more circles you'll have, n'est ce pas?

I don't think it will work for routes pre 2009, as there was no Garmin integration before that? (if as a previous poster said the circles are based on Garmin routes only, not manual routes?) And the Garmin integration has changed actually too in 2009 / 10 from the Hollybar plug in, to the Fetch plug in and now to the much better Fetch scrape of the Garmin Connect site (other GPS trackers are available!) G
