Late Starter, ran first marathon last year basically for a bet and charity and really enjoyed it, Not the best Trainer in the world as have loads of other interests. still playing Gaa Football and Hurling for my Local Club but this is last Season as I am definately over the hill. The next oldest player must be 10 years younger than me, but I find it hard to give up the comradeship of team sport. This running lark is great and I will eventually sort out the training laziness.
