I was encouraged to Run in 2003 by my friends Mandy and Paul and my husband Chris, however Mandy and Paul then went to live in Australia and I dropped out of running. My furtherst distance was 6 miles. Then in July 2008 my husband encouraged me to go to Bushfield joggers where he had been running for some months and I started to get back into running. I do it to keep fit, I do not like running races but are happy to support the club by cheering from the side lines and take piccies.
