Bramley 20 - Started as planned to average around 8 min/miles, got to 10 mile and nothing had fallen off or broken so upped the pace a little. Great plan until mile 16 when my legs decided enough was enough. Had to dig in a bit but got very tired by mile 17, the only thing keeping me from walking was the thought of a nice new shiny PB. Very pleased to finish with the clock showing 2:40:00. My 1st non début PB this year
