Jim Dingwall 10k. I wasn't sure what to expect, but all races are a good test to see where the fitness is :-). Off too quickly, I blame the delay for the HR to catch up as it felt great ;-) 171bpm seems to be my preferred 10k hr pace. Not too far away now :-)

Stirling 10k Sep 171bpm = 8.20/m today 170bpm = 7.55/m so defo moving in the right direction. Onwards and upwards :-) Well done to all today.
