Thorney 10k. First mile was back to where I used to be, but waaaay too fast to maintain. Slowed the pace down to a more sustainable one and hung on for dear life! Didn't feel the ankle once it was warmed but the Quadriceps on opposite leg still tight (feel bruised and tender, ah bless). Running into the wind was really tough. Position 134/300, for Old Man's info, it was slower per m/m than BRJ. Some good runs by other WJ's.
