Rubbish run, my calves were really tight I couldn’t get them to ease off. I tried speeding up, slowing down, walking and stretching them, bloody things.

I changed my Garmin to Imperial and it’s still gone back to Metric so that’s annoyed me as well. I’m in a mood now 😛
