Notes & Comments

Felt surprisingly good after the early wake up and 24 miles bike ride to St. Ives, although the breathing was a bit laboured.
I hadn't noticed at the time that the last 0.5 miles was so "quick".
Pleased with that, although it is probably due to having run only twice in the previous 3 weeks.
