Not fully recovered from the cold. Aiming for a 100km ride was over optimistic. Chest tight and HR bouncing up. Took a longer café break then decided to round up to 72km and get train back as not up.to another 90 mins of riding. Nice day out,.quite cold mist over St Ives way but frustrating.

Yes, I nearly just fmailed you actually to ask! Low Road is indeed clear, although it has road closed signs at the St Ives end.
I just didn't feel right, nor on the walk I just did. The cold has turned into bronchiolitis, I think and is taking awhile to shift. The humidity today probably didn't help. Feel better than two weeks ago anyway!
