Pace practice 5:30 min/km
2 km warm up, then 7 km at 5:30 min/km, 1 km cool down. I'm practicing the pace for my pacer gig in Berlin at the end of the month. It felt nice and smooth, a bit faster than my normal easy pace but enjoyable. HR went up on the incline towards Stötteritz, otherwise pretty solidly in low Z3. I got a bit carried away on the downhill from Völki, otherwise I had the pace nailed down, 5:30 or just under.

Thank you. I'm going to be a sub-55 min pacer for the Sportscheck 10k Run in Berlin on 26 October. I did the 5k in Leipzig last month as a sub-25 pacer which was in 30°C. I'm expecting cooler temperatures in Berlin so it'll be easier.
