Notes & Comments

Hard run. Should have gone in the morning before Pilates but I was too tired. By the time I went in the afternoon, I had done Pilates, was still tired, and the wind was blowing at 30mph.

1) 1mi - 12:20(12:20/mi) 131/142bpm [1615b/mi] 93cal 186/235W Gun's Lane, muddier than it ought to have been due to mechanised tyres having churned it up at the beginning.
2) 1mi - 13:18(13:18/mi) 136/144bpm [1809b/mi] 91cal 173/204W Headwind.
