A chilly evening for an intervals session just a smidge above threshold pace. I'm pleased with the results from that given my legs were still tiered from the weekend's HM. Looking at the stats, I just about managed to keep within range for each rep, the last of the 12 being pretty tough. But overall, a good session this evening.
