2hr planned run, but I had the worst nights sleep and I struggled for the majority of the run. It was to be slow and just building miles. The heat was a shock (I know after Jordan it shouldn’t be but it felt really warm) i am ready for a nana nap now! But best get to aldi for some shopping so I can make some lunch
But it’s lovely to be back by the river (even if I didn’t do much by the river)
