I thought I was going for sub-27! Went off too fast and felt fine so just thought “why not?”. That last 800m or so was tough! First time doing this parkrun but I know the park so well that I could judge the finish long before I could see it. I think my legs will be paying for this tomorrow!

A great sub 25 but well done for pulling it back for the middle 3 km. It's easy to get carried away when you're amongst other runners.
