Yes 3M, still feeling phlegmy and now it's in my sinuses since Wednesday. I was talking to someone yesterday about parkrun and mentioned I have started at the back and chatted my way through (attempting to encourage him back to parkrun) and thought I've not done that for a while and decided I would today.
