Notes & Comments

Set up the VP on my watch to pace me to 8:25/mile. A warm up (not in this entry) of 0.75 miles.

Took me a couple of miles to settle into the difficulty, but then it clicked, and I enjoyed gradually putting some distance between me and my pacer. It felt like it went incredibly well, and that I had another couple of miles in the tank if need be. Got me into an UTMOST promo spot :-) Followed up by a six mile walk with Katie and Wine Legs = legs felt a bit mashed by the end of that. Pretty sleepy by teatime, and unconscious at the drop of a hat at bedtime.
