Once again very nicely paced.
For the first 600m I was running at the same pace as in my earlier 1 mile!
It was only in the last 200m that I sped up!
You ran it unlike a lot of others, a very good run all the same. I felt it in my legs and again in the 400 and I hadn't cycled 30 miles this morning.
Including the ride to the track, I had cycled 100 miles in 3 days. I didn't feel tired because I am used to it but probably that amount of cycling did have some effect.
You're a remarkably fit man and long may it continue.
