Excellent parkrun.
Wasn't sure how to run it. Supposedly sub 2 hour half marathon attempt next week so tried a couple of miles at that pace. Shin was OK and managed a nice progression run 😊
Good luck with that. I managed it a few years ago on a flat course in a race that had laps. You’re training well and have the motivation.
I think you should be fine based on your training
My only worry a couple of weeks not on the plan so might be not up to it. I've got a friend who's pacing me so let's see.
In my view, most plans assume you can't stick to the whole thing - pacing is key!
