Well done you - the back fairies visited me on Thursday and I have spent sicne then using a stick to get up from a chair and back into a chair. I made it to the end of the road and back on Saturday evening (with a stick), so Sunday didn't happen for me. On the plus side I got to watch the elites on telly.
