Oh dear, I hope you're feeling much better now. Considering the wind and hinderances up to mile 10 you weren't too bad. Were there any frustrated comments from those around you when you finished over 2 hours? Did you manage your 'guided tour'?
Guided tour was given during the first part but not the last part because by then I was just trying to finish.
No frustrated comments, quite a few thank yous from people overtaking me, and a few concerned runners asking how I was because it was so obvious I was in difficulty.
The nausea is easing off, but it is taking a long time to get warm, despite a shower and having the heating on. Once I get cold it take me a VERY long time to warm up.
A blog will follow, but that will be tomorrow, I'm really not up to writing it today.
I hope you have warmed up now and the cramps have all disappeared. I also hope that next doors baby has allowed you to sleep well. Take care.
