Notes & Comments

Ely KHL 5k race.
Jogged it without any intention of racing.
Could have run a bit faster but didn't want to risk injury after having run so little for so long.

2) 0.62m - 7:09(11:30/m) 127/139bpm 79cal 5.22/6.54mph Single file walk to avoid deep pond of silage shortly after the start.

Now, there's two points I wish to raise: 1, this run isn't progressive and 2, no sprint finish to catch those two runners :-p No please don't go and get an injury now.
Flatlander
I am very adaptable ;-) Exactly right, I am not going to risk an injury which is why I didn't go after those 2 runners even though I could easily have passed them without needing a full on sprint :-)
