hls It was great to meet toolilac, she was right it wasnt a fun course in fact I hated it till the other side of the bridge but was absolutely delighted with my PB and when I got to the last 200m and the Marshall shouted

TooLilac erm, find this race really hard as so many really fast runners zoom past me each year! am going to 'try' some tempo runs/speedwork. We'll see if that pays off... UPDATE: well, that'll teach me. Too lazy to train/run/even plod at all for the last 3 weeks. No PB for me and everything will ache tomorrow !! Lovely to meet HLS though !!
