Fast and flat, tarmac paths round a park, nice lake. Good on road parking. 17m elevation gain. Three laps.

Fast flat tarmac course, three-and-a-half laps, pleasant urban park. Friendly. Good café on site.

Great 5k route around Victoria Park Widnes.

Very fast course, goose poo excepted round the pond. 3.5 laps around, very little elevation and last 1km is gently downhill for a fast finish. All tarmac, lots of street parking around.

Three and a third smooth fast tarmac laps.
Very slight up one side, but down the other.

Flat quick course with just over 3 laps. Lovely route round lake. Parking on streets around and nice cafe and toilets in park.
