About this parkrun
4 laps of a muddy field, great support & marshalling which really helped the mood of the event on a dull course, not one I would do twice.Foxy 2nd Mar 2019
A lumpy, bumpy four lapper on a field. Muddy sections but with very happy marshals. Look out for the lovely motte and bailey. Nice grounds to run in and good car parking just a very short walk away. Park in the long stay carpark.

An all grass course , one smaller lap followed by 3 slightly larger laps . Dry when we did it so road shoes would have been fine but would probably recommend trailies when its been raining

Picturesque setting in a historical listed parkland. 4 laps, around the meadowland. All on grass. Ground firm enough this morning for road shoes but trail for winter/wet weather. Very friendly volunteers, & featured in their run report.

Full grass course, is usually muddy. May be quick after a decent dry spell.

No longer on grass, a path was laid and brought into use in early 2022 on roughly the same route as previous. 4 lapper, mostly flat and decent scenery.

4 lapper of a field, with some nice scenery. A challenge due to the muddy terrain!

Massive free car park across road in a lovely setting it’s 4 flat laps shame not 2 but worth the visit don’t listen to that misery yam yam Foxy. No cafe or toilets on site but a very attractive snack van owner across the road well worth going back.
