Flat Out Fi First race of the XC season for the Striders at Ware! Was v happy to come 2nd lady today - esp as calf still not right! I made sure I warmed up well before the start and felt I paced it well today. Andy M was 1st overall, followed by Nick W - the girls got 2nd, 10th and 11th and v glad that the Striders are currently in pole position!!

Vindicator Lost will to live on the steep hill. Aleady behind many I used to be up with and being passed by many I used top easily beat. Just not there mentally when it comes to racing and just not able to accept that I am slower than I used to be.
