Flat Out Fi It started raining just before we set off! The usual bundle at the start where you have to go up a steep bank and then it filters into a funnel. I set off as fast as I could to try to avoid too much congestion!! Race went well - I kept at a fairly even pace all the way round. The steep field which used to have a path through it had recently been ploughed and was quite a killer to run up!! Was really pleased to come 1st lady. Rebecca was 3rd and Kate Holder 15th. The lady Striders were 3rd overall today and the chaps did really well with Andy Mynott 1st and 7 out of 20 of them were in the top 20! The men came 1st today and overall the Striders are currently lying 1st place! 3 more races to go!

LiamS76 started slowly, almost at the back, and gradually worked my way forwards - pleased with 36th, no pace in legs at all, good fun though.
