amys dad think i was one of those who went wrong way!!!made it 4.92on my garmin, short of the 5 but still longer than anybody i spoke too. lovely course, good workout, though after 3 races in 4 days did i need that !

brotherjohn Poor marshaling, lots of the front runners sent the wrong way at the end of the second loop, including me. Shame, because it was a nice course and I was running quite well. When I came into the finishing straight I was suprised to see runners I had past finishing in front of me! Not sure about my time, forgot to stop the watch. 31:18. 4.95 miles on the Garmin for me.

tramps Excellent route through Wandlebury Park. Plenty of twists, turns and undulations to keep me focused on the race rather than how much it was hurting. 31 mins suggests the course was a little less than 5 miles.
