About this parkrun

First clue: Valley. Read hills. Long hills. Twice. It's not for the faint hearted, but it is a good one. Lovely route. Well worth going, expect water on the course if it's been raining. The cafe in the leisure centre is very good - be hungry!

Tarmac paths with some gravel. Two lap course, first half of each lap uphill. Tree cover over much of the route, round duck pond and finish under a Stonehenge like monolith

Lovely course. And very friendly, welcoming people.
2 laps on tarmac; first half of each is uphill the second down. Some pinch points by the pond where you need to be aware of other park users.
