AlB Camping for the weekend - so didnt get the best sleep for 2 nights previous. But enjoyed the run, couldnt get my pace right. Still did get a pb and came in 2nd for cat. SuperSooks PB by three minutes - Yay!! and second lady :-) Well organised, nice rural course, undualting but somehow fast. Nice t-shirt and an excellent cake stall, who could ask for more? TZ Last-minute decision to run today. After recent training issues, I was aiming for sub-1:30 so absolutely delighted with time and 12th place overall. Not flat, but if you train on hilly countryside then these hills won't scare you. Perfect organisation, endless teas and cakes and a nice t-shirt.
