Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Jock Itch Could have gone quicker on a fast course. This course was tough. 3 killer hills. Course measured 3.15 on Garmin ! Went off quick with Gobi and faded after 2k. Legs a touch heavy. Not running fluently but 19th out of 130. Enjoyed it :)

Rach E Turkey retention may take its toll on my time. ***UPDATE*** Ran a good race but the course was long and the undulations & twists of the course took their toll. I am pleased with how I ran as I averaged 5:53m/m pace on a course not condusive to speed. I will get close to 17:30 on a flatter course at proper length. 3rd place.
Newbury AC, Newbury Velo

SparkyMark Tried to go as hard as I could, though each k got progressively slower (bar the final k). A twisty lap course around the town with a short sharp incline in each of the 3 circuits. Though to be honest I did not expect anything spectacular. I have not put the work in, so its just rewards. A reminder on how much work I have to do to get back to Feb/March form. Good to see RachE, Gobi and Jock Itch.
