Pinno A very good and fast route for tonight's race with a slightly different start and finish to the 10k race and better. Let myself down tonight as never had any tea before hand and felt really hungry all the way round and found myself thinking of food when I should have been putting my foot down and speeding up. Felt like I slowed a fair bit in the last 1km.
